I've been coming here for 2 months, the staff is outstanding. You can't beat the bartenders, Jayda with a y and Jenny with a j hi nothing should have spectacular. When this place gets rocking their Johnny on the spot with a smile and a welcoming greeting. It's hard to pick your favor when they both have smiles that light up the sky. I have my personal favorite but that's for me. As far as the overall waitresses are concerned I have my favorite that would be Taylor hands down. She provides a smile and a warm greeting every time I show up she's always quick to take my order and handle everything quick and professionally. The other waitresses are also outstanding but someone has to have a favorite so. And what can I say about the dancers I have my personal favorites, lynette, Claudia, faye, Taurus and a few others. It's nice to come to a place where you feel welcome. I've met the owner he's a really nice gentleman this is a really good atmosphere it's not a dump it's a good place to go and hang out with your friends or buddies after work or maybe get rid of some stress relief but the honorable mention goes to my friend Tori who always makes me feel welcome when I come in don't forget to give her a lap dance she's a good kid. My overall impression is once they get to know you as a regular they treat you with courtesy and that's all it really matters when you come to a place like this and it doesn't help that the dancers are all extremely pretty and if you pick a favorite don't forget to tip them well cuz that's what they work for and they work hard at it. Showing you feeling down in the dumps and want some company or just want to get out of the house with some stress relief I'm 61 years old I recommend it.

Jayda was absolutely amazing. Awesome service always having a smile on her face. If you need a place to come grab a drink you know who to come to. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I had MaryCatherine as a server tonight, and she was the best server ever! Very attentive and friendly. She was very funny and very kind not to mention very pretty. It was a pleasure to meet her!!! Will be back.

I found that the service was great the bartender knew her way around the bar! Fast service and a very well made. I’d hire her to bartend at my club in Florida. 5 stars for the one with the red lipstick.

The waitress Jesica took care of me and my group of friends. The wings were amazing and the happy hour prices were good!! I also love when they put bachelors or birthday people on the main stage. Exciting!!!!

Savannah is the most awesome best bartender at the club. She is so awesome, real and sweet not to mention you don't have to wait to get her attention like most of them. She is ready to make you the best drink to enjoy your experience at the club while your there not to mention the most Gorgeous that I have seen.💜. Love her 💜💜 also check out Ariel while you are there too. She is the best dancer there not to mention a sweetheart just like Savannah💜

I come here on the day shift when I get off work early and absolutely love the environment. The bartender is super kind and loves to conversate, the girls are gorgeous, excellent dancers, and all of them are so fun to talk to. The regular crowd is super inviting, and the music is always on point! Highly recommend!!!

I celebrated my birthday at Platinum West, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The service begins the moment you arrive outside. The bouncers and the door girl set the tone immediately with their professionalism and friendly energy. They were welcoming, organized, and made our group feel taken care of before we even stepped inside. Once inside, the great service continues with the bartenders, who were attentive, quick, and genuinely fun to interact with all night. I especially want to recognize Savannah, who went above and beyond. She was incredibly personable, kept the drinks coming, and somehow managed to make everyone at the bar feel like a regular. Her attitude and service alone would make me come back. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and well-kept the entire club is. It’s obvious the management takes pride in maintaining the space, which makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. Speaking of management, during my birthday party a small issue came up, and I was genuinely impressed by how flawlessly and professionally it was handled. They addressed it immediately, communicated clearly, and made sure our night stayed fun and stress-free. That kind of leadership says a lot about how the place is run. The drink prices are great, especially considering the quality of service you receive, and the entertainers are easily some of the best in the state. The talent, stage presence, and overall energy in the club make it a fantastic night out. If you're looking for a place with great drinks, excellent service, amazing entertainers, and a management team that truly cares about their guests, Platinum West delivers on every level. My birthday celebration couldn’t have gone better, and I’ll definitely be back.

Great location. I'm from Las Vegas and I can say that the atmosphere and professionalism matched the BEST Vegas had to offer. I enjoyed my time with Tiny. She was wonderful and took great care of me while I was there, and was incredibly professional and considerate. I arrived in my motorcycle and was armed. The manager on duty assisted me with my things and made sure my side arm was properly stored during my visit, and all of my things were recovered after I left. The parking was perfect, though some dedicated biker parking would be a great addition. Thank you Platinum West for a lovely night!

Was not impressed with the talent. I only watched two dancers, and neither really stood out. What did stand out was our server, Crystal. Shes beautiful and has a sweet accent that kept me ordering just to have an excuse for her to stop by the table again. If you're there, ask for Crystal—you might find she's one of the real reason to stay.
